For addresses within Australia

We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

Can’t wait to receive your purchase? For $15 you can choose to have your jewellery sent express for next-day delivery (Australia only).

 

For addresses outside of Australia

We deliver worldwide and offer FREE shipping for orders over AU $300. For all other orders, we charge a flat fee of AU $25. We use Australia Registered Post International and delivery generally takes 7-15 business days depending on the county it is being sent to. 

Please note that your order is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or charges that may be applied when your package reaches your country. To calculate the expected cost, use this calculator with 711311 as the harmonized code.

 

Delivery instructions and time frames

We dispatch all orders from our Australian studio located in Brisbane, Australia. If you place your order before 1pm EST, we aim to ship your order the same day of the purchase - this excludes weekends and public holidays.

Once your item is dispatched we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier service provider.

Delivery to all metro and regional locations within Australia. You can track your delivery online and you will have your new jewellery within 2-5 business days.

International orders will arrive in approximately 7-28 days.
