We ship from Australia, so for international customers, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in your country.

Please be aware that SOPHIE ANNA is obligated by law to declare the full value of the items shipped and to include an invoice for customs purposes if necessary. In the event that duties are declined, and the goods are returned to us, a return fee of $80 AUD will be deducted from your refund.

If the items you've ordered are currently available, they will be shipped out on the same business day if your order is placed before 1 pm AEST. If your order is placed after 2 pm AEST, it will be dispatched on the next business day, Monday through Friday.

We want you to love your purchase and understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky. If you’re not completely satisfied or need an alternate size, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or store credit.

If you’re unsure of your ring size, you can email us and request a ring sizing tool. 

Alternatively, below is a simple way to work it out:

Take a piece of string and wrap it around the chosen finger. Cut the string where it meets end to end.  Measure the length of the string, which will give you the circumference, and compare it to our ring table. If your chosen ring has a particularly wide band, it is often better to go up a size.
