We want you to love your purchase and understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky. If you’re not completely satisfied, or need an alternate size, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not available on earrings.
For all returns and exchanges, please email us and let us know what you are returning/wanting to swap and why. We can then guide you through the process.
Things to keep in mind:
- The item must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and in the original packing.
- We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Sophie Anna.
- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
- Shipping items lost in transit will not be compensated for. Please send it back to us using trace and trace methods. All items sent by SOPHIE ANNA will be tracked, please ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
