We want you to love your purchase and understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky. If you’re not completely satisfied or need an alternate size, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or store credit.
For all returns and exchanges, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you are returning/wanting to swap and why. We can then guide you through the process.
Things to keep in mind:
- The item must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and in the original packing.
- We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Sophie Anna.
- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
- Shipping items lost in transit will not be compensated for. Please send it back to us using trace and trace methods. All items sent by SOPHIE ANNA will be tracked, please ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not available on earrings.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
