Everyday care
To preserve the finish and structure of your jewellery, we recommend removing your pieces before:
• Swimming
• Showering or cleaning
• Exercise or vigorous activity
• Applying lotions, perfumes, or hairspray
Always ensure your jewellery is completely dry before storing. Keep pieces in a clean, dry environment away from humidity. Storing each piece separately will help prevent surface wear.
Cleaning your jewellery
Recycled 18ct gold vermeil (2.5 microns)
Clean gently with a soft cotton cloth. Avoid polishing cloths and harsh jewellery cleaners, as these may affect the gold layer.
Recycled sterling silver and recycled 9ct gold
Use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine and remove natural tarnish.
Gemstones
Carefully clean with a soft brush and mild soapy water. Dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.
Pearls
After wearing, wipe gently with a soft damp cloth to remove perfume or residue. Store separately to prevent scratching.

On longevity
Recycled 18ct gold vermeil features a 2.5 micron layer of gold over a recycled sterling silver base. Over time, and depending on wear, the surface may naturally soften in tone. Factors such as skincare products, perspiration, and individual skin chemistry can influence this.
This is not a flaw, but part of the natural lifecycle of fine materials. With mindful care, your piece will maintain its finish beautifully for years. Professional re-plating is possible should renewal ever be desired.
