What is SOPHIE ANNA jewellery made of?
All of our jewellery is crafted using certified recycled precious metals. We use 925 sterling silver, 24k gold vermeil, and 9k solid gold to ensure durability, longevity, and everyday wearability.
Our gold vermeil pieces are made from recycled sterling silver and finished with a thick layer of 24k gold for a high-quality, lasting finish.
What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil is jewellery made with a sterling silver base coated in a thick layer of gold.
Unlike standard gold-plated jewellery, gold vermeil contains a significantly thicker layer of gold, making it more durable and longer lasting. It offers the look and quality of solid gold at a more accessible price point.

How should I care for my SOPHIE ANNA jewellery?
To maintain the beauty of your jewellery, avoid swimming, bathing, or showering while wearing your pieces.
After each wear, gently wipe away any residue and store your jewellery in the provided pouch or gift box.
Sterling silver and solid gold pieces can be cleaned with a polishing cloth.
Gold vermeil pieces should be cleaned gently with a damp, soft cloth and fully dried before wearing. Avoid harsh chemicals or jewellery cleaners, as these may affect the finish.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally from our Sutton studio.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our Brisbane studio.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Gold vermeil can naturally fade over time depending on wear. We offer re-plating services for a small fee. Shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
